As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation which will be sent to the email address linked to your account. You can also contact us via the contact form if you have any other queries about your order.

Please remember that on some occasions it could take up until 9pm for the courier to deliver your package.

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments.

UK customers can exchange an item for a different size of the same item. If you would like a different item, then you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

You can return any unwanted items back to us within 30 days of delivery except (grooming products, accessories or swimwear, items with a hygiene seal and this has been removed, item is one that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons). Please return any other items within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the above requirements and the following:

  • the items are unworn and unwashed
  • if shoes, the items are unworn and show no signs of wear
  • the items have all tags attached
  • you take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up

To exchange an item for a different size please contact us via our contact form so we can confirm the size you want is in stock and assist you with the exchange process.

Unfortunately, if you are an international customer you will not be able to exchange your item. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please read our returns policy for more information.

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as we will have already started processing your order. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “Confirm & Pay” but after this point, you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We deliver worldwide!

BountyandCove cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from BountyandCove, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BountyandCove. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Yes, all international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.

We love everyone equally but unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
